ADONIS Chip Sentinel

The requirements of Trust and Assurance demand that an Integrated Circuit have immutable provenance from Design, through the manufacturing supply chain, and finally throughout the product lifecycle. STI has invented IP available today, Chip Sentinel,  that enables both the unique identification of individual die signature as well as the read-out circuitry and protocol to interrogate the signature at any time during the manufacturing cycle or product life-cycle. Ensuring the provenance of the manufactured die is a major step in satisfying the Trust and Assurance equation.
